Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing regarding the Amaya rhythmic gymnastics ball we recently purchased. Unfortunately, the ball appears to be faulty. The valve keeps opening, and we are unable to inflate the ball properly because it continuously loses air. As the ball is new, we believe it is defective. Could you please advise us on how to arrange a replacement or receive a refund?
