The Chacott Gym Ball in a 17 cm diameter, made in Japan.
FIG requires a diameter of 18-20 cm and a minimum of 400 g for both senior and junior gymnasts, so a 17 cm ball sits outside the FIG specification. Junior sizes let a gymnast with a smaller hand span train and compete at club level on a ball built to the same standard.
The ball may arrive slightly deflated. Inflate to your preferred firmness.
